a) CEO (Rosilawati Bt Mohamad)

The CEO is responsible to the Board. The Board and the CEO work together to develop policies and plans consistent with the mandate as expressed by the Shareholder. Approvals of policies and plans are the responsibility of the Board.The Board ensures that information is exchanged with Ministry and Crown Agencies Secretariat officials on a timely basis and that all reporting and information sharing requirements are met. The Board is responsible to ensure the CEO is not subject to political interference.

b) VICE PRESIDENT MARKETING (Hamsarajan a/l Lohanathan)

To promote the sales of the company's products and services that will most benefit the customers, and to establish creditability through communication in a manner that will optimize the company's market share and savings, improve the company's efficiency, help achieve the company's mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service. The marketing director's responsibilities involve supervision, marketing, profitability and sales, reporting, purchasing, resale pricing, inventory, service, maintenance, and other duties as requested by management. The marketing director's responsibilities will also include reviewing marketing activities with all applicable management. These activities can include sales call recap, market share report, sales analysis and strategy review reports, sales promotional efforts and upcoming promotional plans.

c) VICE PRESIDENT R&D (Muhamad Fezrul Fizree Hashim)

The role is focused on providing more details to the Solution Architect's architecture. This would include detailed program specifications creation. The Development Lead is also the first line of support for the developers. Guiding the direction of R & D and business development. Leading the R & D Department to devise and carry out the objectives and development plan for technical development and application. Formulating and carrying out the technical bylaw and detailed rules Directing the R & D trial according to the market requirement being responsible for internal technical support and external technical cooperation. Being responsible for the development and innovation of products, creating and implementing the quality system, the standardization and quantitative management of the company. Doing technical analysis and quality analysis regularly, being responsible for avoiding and remedying the mistakes of products and guiding the supervision of unqualified products .Strong business partnering, influencing, communication, stakeholder.

d) QUALITY TESTING (Zulhasnan Bin Husin)

Manage the Testing Department and locate resource to projects. Review weekly Testers' status reports and take necessary actions. Escalate Testers' issues to the Sr. Management. Estimate for testing projects. Enforce the adherence to the company's Quality processes and procedures. Decision to procure Software Testing tools for the organization. Inter group co-ordination between various departments. Provide technical support to the Testing team. Continuous monitoring and mentoring of Testing team members. Review of test plans and test cases. Attend weekly meeting of projects and provide inputs from the Testers' perspective. Immediate notification or escalation of problems to the Sr. Test Manager / Senior Management. Ensure processes are followed as laid down.

e) SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME) (Mohd Afdhal Izham Ismail)

The Subject Matter Expert is the basic source of information that will provide the clear picture of requirements regarding a particular project. The SME will have a complete idea about what will be the function of the software, and how the process works. The requirements of different projects are most probably changing constantly and at times new clients (internal or external) are brought in to help design a solution. Often the client himself will act as the SME. And the SME need not be a person from the IT field, except when the solution is being designed to support IT.

f) SOLUTION ARCHITECT (Mohd Farez Bin Shari)

The Solutions Architect is responsible for transforming the requirements created by the Functional Analyst into a set of architecture and design documents that can be used by the rest of the team to actually create the solution. The SA is responsible for matching technologies to the problem being solved.

g) VICE PRESIDENT FINANCE (Nur Liyana Bt Mohamad Yusoff )

The director of finance is responsible for all financial facets of the college, including budget development and control; development of administrative procedures; strategic planning; financial analysis and reporting; administration of payroll and personnel functions; management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, and other fiscal systems.  Director of Finance is also responsible for plant operations and maintenance, information technology and auxiliary services.

h) VICE PRESIDENT HUMAN RESOURCE (Nazatul Aisyah Bt Salehudin Shah)

Responsible for the full range of human resource functions including recruitment & selection, training & development, employee relations, benefits and compensation. Ability to handle industrial relations matters relating to staff discipline, grievance, domestic inquiries, employee welfare and other activities. Propose, update, execute HR policies and procedures and ensure they are complied with  by all levels of personnel. Assume full responsibility of maintaining an accurate & up-to-date foreign workers’ permit recruitment and renewal process and information database. Payroll processing & timely submission to authorities governing bodies.
