| 1- Presentation on Stage of Software Project Management has been done by Azmuni. 2- MR ADZHAR KAMALUDDIN then announced that the new group that has been formed has been dismissed and the members return to the original group. 3- A task was given but the detail will be told later. |
| 11 February 2009 Wednesday (Instant Messenger Conference) | 1- The task detail has been informed by Azam through the students Memo System. A Gantt Chart has to be done by all group which must be done following the SPM stages that is initiation, planning, execution, control monitoring and closing. 2- An Instant Messenger conference has been held to distribute the task and discussed on what should have in the Gantt Chart. 3- Task distribution has been done by CEO. The person that responsible for each task are : Planning - Hamsa Execution - Zul & Tok Moh Monitor - Am & Yana Closing - Aisyah |
