| 24 February 2009, Tuesday (SPM Lecture) | - MR ADZHAR KAMALUDDIN had discussed last week meeting with him. He said that · Most of the group had 5 stages in software project management · Each group do not answer what actual activities in each phase · Understanding all the stages and the activities clearly - MR ADZHAR KAMALUDDIN has asked about teaching plan in this week. Everyone had not able to give answer to him. So, he had told everyone of the class. The activities were · Explain the stages in software development · Identify the major element in SPM · Organize in class SPM activities through in class group project · Demonstrate communication skills, leadership skills and reporting skills during the development of the group project - At the end of the class, MR ADZHAR KAMALUDDIN had told about the questions that were asked during the meeting last week similar with the final question. - MR ADZHAR KAMALUDDIN had uploaded the marks in student IMS until week 7 on progress report on blog. |
| 25th February 09 Thursday (SPM Lecture) | - MR ADZHAR KAMALUDDIN had informed us to submit the P2P Evaluation Form on week 10 (Thursday). - MR ADZHAR KAMALUDDIN also had reminded us to update the progress report on blog until week 10 only (next Friday). |
| 25th February 09 Thursday Benches in front of the One Stop Centre | - Mohd Fezrul Fezri and Zulhasnan not attend the meeting but Zulhasnan have a good reason. - Discuss about to develop our finding such as knowledge / approaches/ techniques that related with the Software Project Management in presentation format because we need to present it’s after submission of final report. - Discuss about project, include : · Execute the project plan · Manage project team especially in delegate the task · Resolve conflicts that we have face with client and also with team members. · Gather and distribute project related with the information collected form client. - Also discuss about Final Report. Content for Final Report should base on combination of weekly progress report and SPM Life Cycle, that are : · Planning · Budgeting · Human Factors · Problems · User Requirement Study · Project Monitoring · Delivery · Customer Support - Discuss about the agreement documentation and contract documentation for our client. |
Interface
1. Mainpage and Login Page
· Interface for Mainpage: At this page, all information, entertainment and any place for holiday can been seen here.
· Interface for Login (Verification and Validation): Staff or customer need to enter their password and username as a authorize key to access the system.
3. User Registration Page
· Interface for User Registration: If customer as a new user, they have to register to the system by filling in all the data needed in the registration form. And the systems were then verifying to authorize the validation on the customer.
4. Catalog Package Page
· Interface for Catalog Package: Customer able to select their reservation through the item tour package and hotel which is provided by the TMS.
5. Reservation Form Page
· Interface for Reservation Form: After the item being selected, system will pop out the selected item on the reservation form. Through this form customer are able to manage the amount of people, total room booking for their own need.
